Justin LaFountaine, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. In his role, he is responsible for leading the BD and Strategy team. He most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development at Foresite Labs. Prior to his role at Foresite, he held the position of Vice President of Strategy and Operations at BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was an Engagement Manager at L.E.K. Consulting and held various research positions at AbbVie, where he contributed to the development of multiple commercial products including Viekira Pak® and Simcor®.
Dr. LaFountaine received his B.S. in nanotechnology from The University of New South Wales and his Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences (pharmaceutics) from The University of Texas at Austin.
