James Myers serves as Vice President of Quality and Compliance, overseeing Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GPV) audit and compliance activities. Mr. Myers has over 30 years of experience with a broad background in the pharmaceutical industry, encompassing roles in drug and biologics manufacturing, preclinical research, and clinical trials. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance and Control at Aeglea Biotherapeutics Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Myers held a variety of management focused roles, providing leadership at both CRO and sponsor organizations, focusing on building GxP quality management systems, ensuring clinical organizations are inspection ready and bringing safe and effective medicines to the market. Mr. Myers graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Biology and served in the US Navy Reserve as a Hospital Corpsman.
