Dimitrios Kandylas is the Vice President, Deputy Corporate General Counsel. Dimitrios leads Spyre's contracting function, while providing legal support to executive leadership and operational teams in a variety of other areas. Dimitrios most recently served as the Deputy General Counsel at Provention Bio, where he was a key member of the team that launched TZIELD®, and was integral to Provention's integration into Sanofi after Provention was acquired in 2023. Prior to Provention, Dimitrios worked in the corporate department of a number of top law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell, Morgan Lewis, and Lowenstein Sandler. Before beginning his legal career, Dimitrios was in the MBA leadership development program at Hoffman La-Roche, where he largely focused on managed care and Medicare conracting. Dimitrios received his BA from Binghamton University, his JD from the Rutgers Law School in Newark, and holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and pharmaceutical management from the Rutgers Business School.
